14th September, Partnering and Frameworks Seminar. Thank you for organisation of this morning's interesting event. I had a particular interest in today's event, as one of the professional advisers to London Underground during the negotiation period of the PPP, and as the editor of a legal textbook on Partnering and Collaborative Working in the construction industry. As someone who has recently moved both professionally and privately to Surrey, it is really good to know that a forum exists for the type of debate we were able to have today. Both Stephen Rockhill and I would be pleased to speak at any future events in next year's programme, and we will continue to support the SC&PF events

Both in business and life in general it is important to give expression of appreciation and therefore I would take this opportunity of expressing my sincere thanks for a most enjoyable and informative afternoon relative to yesterday’s JCT format and discussion as presented by Geoff Brewer. It was indeed a pleasure to be in the company of such diverse thinkers and personalities which in itself provided insight in respect to the New and Traditional and hence gave recognition of perspective. In particular, I would thank your good self for affording me such a hearty welcome and hence providing a quality of warmth which most complemented the occasion.
