Certifying/Legalising Documents

Surrey Chambers can authenticate signatures on most commercial trade documents, and are able to make arrangements for documents to be apostilled by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) or legalised by a foreign Embassy.

Examples of trade documents we can certify, apostille or legalise:

Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Price List
Agency Agreement or Company Contract
Certificate of Conformity
Certificate of Free Sale
Certificate of Registration or Incorporation
Distribution Agreement

and more.

Some documents, such as Power of Attorney, may require the services of a Notary Public. If you require a document to be notarised, contact Surrey Chambers and we will connect you with a Notary Public in our network.
