Now in its 5th year, we are excited to hold out flagship charity golf event at The Addington Golf Club. in June 2025. We will be supporting a charity with a raffle on the day.
Take advantage of this opportunity to invite your clients or colleagues to a corporate-style golf day, without the hassle of planning it yourself. Golfers of all abilities are welcome, and you don't need to be a member to come. Join as an individual to be placed in a likeminded group or bring your own team and compete for the glory of winning the 2025 SCGS Claret Jug! With 72 players in 18 teams, this is our busiest event of the year and is always a great deal of fun.
The Surrey Chambers golf society is a thriving community aimed at all golfers who are interested in enjoying some of the best courses that Surrey has to offer, whilst making new networking connections both on and off the course. We visit one course each month and golfers are welcome to attend as often or as infrequently as they like.
Each event begins with a bacon roll, tea or coffee before teeing off for 18 holes of golf with the rest of your group. Once you’ve returned to the club house, they’ll be time to enjoy a drink from the bar before sitting down to a two or three course lunch, followed by our prize giving. Full details of each event will be sent to you a week before.
Golfers are welcome to book on solo and will be grouped with likeminded people for their round and are equally welcome to bring guests to make your own group to play with. All golfers are welcome at our event and you don’t need a WHS registered handicap to play, nor do you need to be a member of a golf club, Surrey Chambers or our golf society.

Phyllis Tuckwell is the only Hospice Care service for adult patients, and their families, living with cancer or another terminal illness (such as heart, lung or neurological disease) across the whole of West Surrey and part of North East Hampshire.
Our vision is clear: we believe everyone deserves the best possible experience at the end of life. With this in mind, our mission is to care with compassion, offering emotional, physical, and spiritual support to adults approaching the end of their lives, along with their families and carers. We also work to empower our local community by building skills that enhance the care of those at the end of life. Because to us, every day is precious.
