Josh Abbott
Josh Abbott is a passionate and ambitious marketer who leads an award-winning marketing team at Foxhills Club & Resort in Surrey (named Hotel Marketing Association’s Best Hotel Marketing Team 2024 and Business Travel People Team of the Year 2024). With extensive experience in both the B2B and consumer market, Josh was previously Account Director at an international PR and marketing agency – representing a number of luxury hotels, resorts, tourist boards, golf clubs and leading brands across the UK and Europe – before moving in-house three years ago. His commitment to championing better marketing practices and innovation underscores his expertise and dedication to the industry. Josh believes in holistic marketing strategies which has seen him lead successful projects and campaigns across brand, social, partnerships, email, digital, print, influencers and PR. Now a committee member of the Hotel Marketing Association and regular industry speaker, Josh is passionate about making impactful contributions to support the next generation following a successful year in 2024 where he was promoted to Foxhills’ Senior Management Team at just 28 years old, as well as being named a finalist in the Future Talent of the Year category at the Surrey Business Awards.Nazia Nazir
Nazia joined Azets accountancy firm in 2014, having previously worked at two accountancy practices, and qualified in 2013. She has a broad client portfolio, working with sole traders and SMEs to large international businesses, working collaboratively to grow their businesses to become more profitable. She has wide sector experience that includes working with pharmaceutical firms, property developers, IT consultants, Freight and Logistic businesses. With her strong digital transformation and advisory background, Nazia accesses and advises businesses on opportunities such as cloud accounting and inward investment in the UK. Outside of work, Nazia enjoys cycling and engaging in daily fitness activities including morning walks and gym workouts.
Harry Watts
Harry is a private investigator and co director of Answers Investigation. Having been in the role for 8 years, he has a wide experience of investigatory matters including forensics, surveillance, process serving and Challenge 25 training.
A trained Forensic Technician, he has developed skills in fingerprint treatment and analysis, along with audio and computer forensics.
As with a role of this nature, he deals with legal entities, corporate enterprises of varying size, as well as high profile private clientele.
Harry consults on all manner of cases, large and small, assisting clients in providing the best possible solutions to their issues.
Answers Investigation also provides work experience opportunities and provides forensics lessons in education settings.
In his downtime, Harry is an avid musician, playing the drums in multiple bands. He enjoys watching and playing various sports and likes to think he is a film buff.
Rachel Galvin
Rachel began her career as an Executive Assistant at Inv Group in 2023, as a natural obsessive & perfectionist – She found her feet in compliance. She is now a recognised expert in Compliance and Ai Governance, celebrated for creating a pioneering AI data governance and compliance framework that has become a benchmark across the group of companies and is now being used to advise external customers including large scale NHS Trusts.
In just over a year, Rachel has established herself as the go-to AI Compliance Subject Matter Expert, guiding leadership through complex regulatory landscapes and ethical best practices.
She has successfully led multiple audits on four management systems—with a flawless record in each—and implemented ISO 22301 with a clean sweep in both first and second stage audits. Rachel also spearheaded the integration of a newly acquired company into the scope of all existing accreditations, ensuring unified compliance and bolstering organisational resilience.
Tim Marsh
End-to-end filmmaker and photographer with 8 years commercial experience. Academic grounding in Journalism, Communications & Politics. Founder & Managing Director of multimedia production company Lamplight Media Ltd. A passion for the visual arts and a drive to use my skill to amplify lesser-heard voices.

Giorgia Burgess
With a strong background in Marketing and Events, she is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs and helping others grow their businesses. Outside of work, she volunteers as a mentor for a Year 10 student, guiding them through key steps in their academic and personal development. A passionate solo traveller, she enjoys exploring new cultures and places. She also stays active with Pilates and Muay Thai!
