Moore South Announces Appointment of New Group Managing Partner

Moore South Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers is pleased to announce the appointment of Danielle Griffin as Group Managing Partner, effective 1st April 2025. Danielle succeeds Andrew Coldwell, who has been a driving force behind the firm’s continued success.

Danielle’s journey with Moore began in September 2003 when she joined the Guildford office as a trainee. After qualifying as an ACA in 2006, she progressed steadily through the firm, becoming a Partner in 2012. Most recently, she has served as Managing Partner of the Guildford office for the past four years.

With extensive experience supporting owner-managed businesses and not-for-profit organisations, Danielle brings deep expertise across audit, accounting and tax. Her client-focused approach and strategic insight have made her a trusted adviser both within the firm and externally.

On her new challenge Danielle noted “It is a real privilege to have been given this opportunity and I am very much looking forward to building on the firm’s successes to date and guiding the firm through its next chapter. Our focus will continue to be to provide a quality service to our clients and help them thrive in an ever-changing world, with our team at the heart of what we do. In addition to her client work, Danielle plays a pivotal role in the professional development of Moore South’s team. Danielle has had significant participation in Moore Learning, the firm’s in-house training programme designed to support and guide trainees on their journey to qualification and beyond. Having advanced through the ranks herself, Danielle embodies the values of mentorship and progression, making her an inspiring role model for the next generation of professionals.
