Through leadership development, mentorship, networking, skills workshops, and award opportunities, Generation Next is your hub for professional growth and advancement.
If you’re aged 18-35 and a full Surrey Chambers of Commerce member—whether through individual membership or via your employer—you’re automatically part of Generation Next and can access all the exclusive benefits.

Generation Next was created after identifying a gap in support for young people transitioning from education into their careers. The shift from the classroom to the workplace can be challenging, and Generation Next was created to provide the guidance, mentorship, and resources that help young professionals bridge this gap and thrive.
