In the event that you are dissatisfied with any service provided by Surrey Chambers of Commerce or by suppliers, consultants or subcontractors working on behalf of Surrey Chambers of Commerce, please forward your complaint to the Resources Manager. Your complaint will be noted on our Complaints Log and acknowledged within 4 working days. Your complaint will then be investigated by the relevant manager and a formal response provided to you within 10 working days. Should further information be needed we will contact you about this.
